Over the years, Brooks Carson (our founder), has trained hundreds of Home Inspectors at one of Florida’s oldest and most prominent home inspection schools, Ed Klopfer Schools of Home Inspection. Our company was founded on the premise that we will use the finest reporting software, inspection tools and education to provide our clients with the best experience and understanding regarding their report.
Brooks is also a Florida Licensed Realtor. Being a Realtor gives us a much more explicit understanding of all aspects of the transaction and how a professional inspection report can ease the anxiety and complexity of buying a home.
